Named for Lucy Honeychurch?[edit]

Lucy Honeychurch is the heroine of the novel and film A Room With a View, which might be the band name origin.--DThomsen8 (talk) 16:05, 20 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

HoneychurchHoneychurch (band) – Honeychurch refers to a parish in Devon, England and a surname of the same name, which merits a disambiguation page. This questionable low-notability band whose article was created in 2006 by an account named after the band's founding member is not the primary topic. The article has an average of 3 daily pageviews and all Google Books, News and Scholar results pertain to the place name or surname. Οἶδα (talk) 10:00, 2 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Support — I agree, and also, I don't think this article's subject meets WP:BAND at all and should probably be nominated for deletion. Matuko (talk) 16:30, 2 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support per nom. No opinion on the notability of the band. BD2412 T 06:42, 3 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support all but 1 of the 7 mainspace links is for the place not band which is a bad sign for an article which has been in since 2007. I'd wandered about proposing this move myself a while ago. Crouch, Swale (talk) 07:58, 3 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Support — And also support Matuko that this article's subject probably is not notable enough even for WP:BAND. Onanoff (talk) 08:16, 4 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
