Editing July-28th-2011 to...[edit]

Hello everyone this is Danny and I've decided to do some SERIOUS editing to this page. What I love about this page is that someone obveously tried to create a good artcle for Hope Town and I admire them for trying to do that, but they might have fallen short of their goal. Thus I will add references (where necessary), images , and a template showing the current makeup of the District Council. Thanks for all you patience guys.
