Article title[edit]

Horse racing is a major historical, cultural and sporting phenomenon in Ireland. As a rule, however, the sport's name is almost always rendered as two separate words. Shouldn't this article's title reflect this?

When I created the page, I chose which term to use based on two criteria: Firstly, since the horse racing history of Ireland is very much intertwined with that of Great Britain, what does that page use? Secondly, is there consensus among Wikipedia articles on horse racing in X country?
In the case of the former, the article title is Horseracing in Great Britain. I also found that WP:Horse racing doesn't prescribe any particular one, and there isn't a clear consensus among the article titles themselves, but there is a majority - compare the use of:
Horseracing in Great Britain, Horseracing in Scotland, Horseracing in New Zealand, Horseracing in Australia, Horseracing in the Philippines and Horseracing in Japan
to the use of:
Horse racing in Wales, Horse racing in the United States and Horse racing in India
I have no particular preference, but if any changes are made, it should really be to give all articles of this type the same name format. The other thing to keep in mind is that Template:Horse racing in Ireland and the like would have to be updated as well. Wasechun tashunkaHOWLTRACK 17:40, 5 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
