Species in Hottentotta

H. caboverdensis Lourenço & Ythier 2006 was considered synonymous to H. hottentotta by Kovarik (2007, see article). As Kovarik's review is the most complete and exhaustive available the article is based upon the taxonomical scheme he established. I added a subsection "Disputed Species" but this is intended mainly to cover nomina dubia etc., synonyms should be listed/discussed at the species level descriptions. Nonetheless I put in here caboverdensis for being a recently named synonym and this might be found missing on the species list by other users. J. J. Hornung (talk) 12:39, 13 April 2010 (UTC)
