Gas discount[edit]

The gas discount actually varies. I've seen it for as little as 3 cents, and as much as 12 cents per gallon.

Unclear[edit]

In the paragraph "As of April 2006, Hy-Vee operates 198 supermarkets and 26 Drugstores in seven states. The company has new locations under construction. Over 100 of those stores are located in..." what does the "over 100 of these stores" refer to? The 198 supermarkets they currently operate? General question about the name[edit]

Ironically though, most HV's offer a large breakfast known as the "Hy-Five" or "Hi-Five" (you get the idea). Hy-Vee leaving Illinois?[edit]

My grandparents heard a rumor Hy-Vee may be exiting the Illinois market completely. Is there anything about this? I googled this and didn't find anything about this. Doing this would be really weird as with the expansion into Indiana and Kentucky means all the states that border Illinous except Michigan as of now would have Hy-Vee's except for Illinois.

The person who told my grandparents this rumor, IDK where he heard it from. Any clarification on this greatly appreciated! Moline1 (talk) 02:49, 11 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
