Single cover[edit]

Is this the proper cover? I know this is the CD, but it isn't the cover. Google Image search the words "Notorious B.I.G. Hypnotize" will give you the proper cover. If it's the proper cover, ignore this statement.

Sample[edit]

I think this song may have sampled/interpolated the bassline for "Young Lust" by Pink Floyd. Tjdrum2000 (talk) 16:51, 29 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Why do we need songs from commercials?[edit]

With the ongoing retail apocalypse phenomenon and websites such as Commercials I Hate and Am I Right, we should eliminate songs being used in commercials. — Preceding unsigned comment added by CodyFinke2020 (talkcontribs) 16:47, 19 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Hypnotize (The Notorious B.I.G. song)'s orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Reference named "riaa":

  • From Total discography: "American certifications – Total". Recording Industry Association of America. Retrieved June 15, 2020.
  • From Born Again (The Notorious B.I.G. album): "American certifications – Mack, Craig – Funk Da World". Recording Industry Association of America.

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 02:12, 13 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Shorting the Music Video Section[edit]

The segment currently on the page for the music video seems rambling, not to mention the overall description of the video seems largely unnecessary. How much should we shorten it to?- anonymous, 15:59, 12 August 2023 (PT) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2607:FB91:282:D74C:C8B9:2457:B4F:5DEC (talk)
