Comments[edit]

This line seems biased:"Death Cab for Cutie's lyric "To a brownstone, up three flights of stairs" in their song "No Joy in Mudville" is a direct, uncredited lift from "I'm Waiting For The Man". A "direct, uncredited lift" implies stealing. How about, "an homage"? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Nada1975 (talkcontribs) 21:59, 13 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I added David Bowie's cover version of the song on the Station to Station Special Edition and Delux Edition release to the cover version section. Vithar Alderland (talk) 14:13, 9 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Edited description of song, based on lyrics.[edit]

Put in parentheses that he does not purchase the Dope on a street corner - that's where he 'waits,' - that he actually purchases them in a nearby Brownstone: as reflected by the Lyrics, in the the 4th verse. Hello, Prophetsam. Thank you for your interest in this article, but instead of adding a comment that it was wrong, you should have fixed it. Now you know for next time. — Malik Shabazz Talk/Stalk 03:10, 6 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
