Merge with Infrastructure Development Finance Company[edit]

- Oppose. With apologies to JIP, I would consider closing this discussion as not moved in its current state. We do not necessarily use official spellings, the proposed title does not reflect WP:MOS-TM, there is no evidence of WP:COMMONNAME presented, and several of the editors involved have almost no edits outside this topic but showed up here to !vote without making reference to naming guidelines and policies.
