I Am Waiting (song) → I Am Waiting

– There is no indication that the film is a proper "primary topic" for "I Am Waiting". Its article has only about one-fourth as many page views as the Rolling Stones song, and nothing in the article indicates greater historical importance. TWODABS does oppose dabs with two entries when there is a primary topic. Whether there is a primary topic in this case is a matter for discussion, but I think the song qualifies. Far more important than a guideline, however, is that a dab page would give no added value over a hatnote. It just means an extra click for a few people who'd get straight to their article otherwise.
