Birth year[edit]

In absence of an ascertained date of birth I have provisionally given as his year of birth 1961-62 based on his stated age of 17 at time of Hillsborough disaster in 1989. He later in his account confirmed this by fact he sent police who interviewed him as a public disorder suspect out of his home after being asked how much he had drunk before the match, commenting he was then under legal drinking age.Cloptonson (talk) 15:02, 25 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Ian Byrne (politician)Ian Byrne – This British MP looks significantly more important than the Irish hurler, particularly since he has just won a high-profile reselection battle, so I suggest that he is the primary topic. PatGallacher (talk) 22:18, 20 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
