It makes no references to individuals , groups or otherwise.

It rather refers to an institution.

In my opinion it merits to be published in wikipedia

What is included in Wikipedia is not decided by the editors personal opinions. There are policies that must be followed. I have given the benefit of the doubt, but you have to show that this is a sufficiently notable event to merit inclusion. This would be by providing references from reliable sources, such as newspapers. Tyrenius 14:03, 28 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Notability of this page[edit]

Hi, I'm going to remove the notability issues tag, because this festival has grown a lot since 2007, and I have found several reliable and independent sources including printed books which provide significant coverage of this topic. Icebob99 (talk) 14:58, 5 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
