Rename this page to make it more accurate?

This article needs to be renamed and modified, or deleted, and a new one created about the Charity Projects Entertainment Fund. "Idol Gives Back" is merely an event created by this fund in partnership with American Idol and FOX, it is not a charitable organization run by Seacrest, Abdul, Cowell and Jackson. Information about this specific event can currently stay in the American Idol Season 6 article, unless it becomes an annual endeavor, in which case it would warrant the creation of a new article. Labeling this as an organization is misleading, and incorrect. MissMJ 00:28, 8 April 2007 (UTC)

I completely agree with you. It is not an organization, it is an event. However, instead of renaming the page, merge it into the page about the CPEF (see above) in their list of projects or whatever the page will have that this event will fall under. Powerfulmind 15:09, 9 April 2007 (UTC)

Idol Gives Back is not an organization. It is in an event created by the Charity Projects Entertainment Fund, who has teamed with Fox and 19 Entertainment. Please visit their website at http://www.cpefund.org/, which describes their organization and event. I have redirected the article to its section in American Idol Season 6. Missing stars

Tis article should say something about the missing stars, Gwen & P!nk, that recorded their performances, but they didn't get aired on the episode. hmwithtalk 16:05, 19 May 2007 (UTC)

If there is a legitimate source stating that they did record their performances, but they didn't get aired, then add it. MissMJ 00:00, 21 May 2007 (UTC)

Cancelled for good?

I have yet to see any source saying that Idol Gives Back has been cancelled for good. The comment has been deleted until there is an official source saying that it is true.
