Hi! I have been in touch with the author of the Illicit Enrichment book flagged as being a copyright violation - Andrew Dornbierer - who says he does not see a copyright violation in the text. He has sent an email as per the instructions saying he releases any text that may be seen as problematic or too similar to his text. The truth is that there is not much other reliable information on the concept and jurisprudence around illicit enrichment laws apart from his book. The Wikipedia page may well help to start this much-needed discusssion. 212.51.132.254 (talk) 13:32, 9 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I am the author of the book that has been flagged and I sent the following email yesterday to try and resolve the issue:

Hi,

A page that my organisation put on Wikipedia (and which I drafted) has been barred on the grounds that it infringes copyright.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Illicit_enrichment

The text that Wikipedia is claiming has been copyrighted is my own book. I don't want to permit the use of the entirety of the text in my book, but I am happy to release the content that has been included specifically in this wikipedia page. Is it possible to do that?

Best regards,

Andrew
