Redundant explanation: An explanation which is redundant[edit]

Maybe I'm just grumpy because of the weather, but is it really necessary to spell out that the name of 'In the Red' comes from the expression 'in the red'? --Oolong (talk) 20:57, 6 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I think that the article would be incomplete if it didn't mention the connection somehow. If you can think of a less obvious way of fitting it in, go ahead. —Paul A (talk) 02:15, 9 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
