Fair use rationale for Image:Incepta logo.gif[edit]

Image:Incepta logo.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Copyright issue nailed down - a stub to roll back to is available[edit]

The bulk of the copyvio from http://www.inceptapharma.com/our-growth.php was introduced on 30 December 2012‎ by 180.234.72.188.

This edit of 4 August 2007 by Rhode Island Red introduced text lifted almost verbatim from http://www.inceptapharma.com/ (one change was "35 km" to "35 miles" - go figure). The last "clean" edit is this edit of 00:14, 4 August 2007, also by Rhode Island Red.

While you COULD roll back to the last clean edit, the version you would roll back to would be borderline-A7 and, if not improved, would easily fail at AFD. I recommend just deleting and allowing any editor to starting over from scratch if nobody does a rewrite soon.
