Title

we all ever talking about how much is the black money of Indians and who's is that .... i don't feel that seriously it matters specially in that case when the government is incapable of bringing it back to country. it is well understood that why government seems to be so handicapped when we talk about bringing back the black money, it is so obvious because most part of that black money is of politicians and higher government officials who are technically ruling this nation. so how can they take step against themselves. So what i think the matter to discuss should be "HOW TO BRING MONEY BACK TO پرسنال کے ہاتۃ نہ آئگا کسی بنک نہ کسی دورے کے ہاتہ،نہ کسی بازار کو ۔نیالی،کٹک،وریسہ، جٹیل ٹیلیسربہس ". i have some suggestions, since it is so understood that those holding the black money are not honest enough to reveal themselves, and also till now the banks like Swiss Bank are not going to help in that concern because it is good for Bank's health. So i think if it is possible the government should give them OPPORTUNITY TO INVEST IN INDIAN MARKETS with a bit conditions and without any action taken against them. this act seems to be a act of helplessness of the government but anyways it is going to help Indian economy somehow. as per internet i come to know that the black money is around 13 times the debt on Indian nation, the government condition to those holders could be that by getting together they just payout the debt on nation. I think it would help Indian economy very positively.
