There are several uncited sentences in the article; please add citations.
There's a neutrality tag on the article. Looking through I can see some specific language that is not neutral: "despoliation", for example, and "over-exploitation", which presupposes a particular viewpoint. Not everyone agrees that pipelines are environmentally harmful. Describing the IEN as "a leading participant" can't rely on the IEN's own website.
