From a review of the edit history the article is a in-your-own-words re-write of the IMDB article with the IMDB article written by the films writer/director. Searching found no reviews. The film can't be found on Rotten Tomatoes. A film with no coverage by independent reliable sources. Fails WP:NFILM

Incoming links, contributions from multiple editors over years makes this deletion potentially controversial. Innocent is a difficult search term so quick WP:BEFORE may not cut it.
