Untitled[edit]

This is a well written, learned, and informative article. I am currently an education major, and this information is very pertinent to current and future educators. Sadly, many seasoned teachers have failed to change with the times, and their students are denied the benefits of those whose teachers are tech savvy. Eventually, however, the terms teacher and "technology expert" will be nearly interchangeable. Doug.shorts (talk) 08:14, 31 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Buzzwords everywhere[edit]

The article is buzzword compliant. So much hype and so little content...

Examples from the article: urban computing, hyper-growth, virtual communication, net generation, generation Y, digital natives, techno-social, linear to hypermedia learning, social media, an expanding learning economy, unparalleled access, location-based media, enhanced interactivity, serious games, intrinsically engaging properties, cognitive prosthetics, distance education, synchronous and asynchronous settings or content, knowledge-building community, e-learning, MOOCs

Why so much of a promotional tone? No wonder that people think that Interactive Learning is a buzzword by itself. 85.250.59.152 (talk) 11:47, 12 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
