Unification Church

This [1] says that the Unification Church was banned in 1982, not 1991, and makes no mention of the ISA...? Jpatokal 14:10, 18 October 2006 (UTC)

I agreed, my mistake, it was checked and confirmed to be 1982. However, from this source [2], there was no fair trial, no reason whatsoever was given to banned the church. Under the law of Singapore, and according to some of the UC members I knew, Internal Security Act was use against them. This, however, couldn't be confirm from any sources. Splitting article into two?

I think that it might be a good idea to divide this article into two, that is, 'Internal Security Act (Malaysia)' and 'Internal Security Act (Singapore)'. There may be significant differences in how the Acts are applied in each jurisdiction. Comments, anyone? Cheers, Jacklee 19:15, 1 March 2007 (UTC)

I've just realized that there is already an article called 'Internal Security Act (Malaysia)'. In that case, I think all the aspects of the current article which relate to Malaysian law should be moved over to that article (if they aren't already in there), and that the current article should be amended to reflect Singaporean law only.
