Merge[edit]

"Showbands" and "Irish Showband" should be merged into one because (a) the subject is the same and (b) few people would search for Irish Showband so it would be better renamed "Irish Showbands" —Preceding unsigned comment added by Brenmar (talkcontribs) 12:53, 5 June 2006

NPOV[edit]

The article needs a NPOV-rewrite. It is an interesting read, but a more neutral approach would suit Wikipedia better. 90.18.44.89 (talk) 00:20, 28 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Destroy and rebuild.[edit]

This article is written in the style of a parody of meandering Irish country bumpkinese. Amusing though it may be, up to a point, the whole thing needs to be torn out from its foundations and rebuilt from scratch.

Some of the worse examples of prose have been cut out - it was certainly very POV and made several assertions without providing references. Irish Wikipedians' notice board has also been notified, so someone more familiar may be able to improve it further.Autarch (talk) 18:41, 16 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

ASCP, BMI, and SESAC[edit]
