WikiProject NRHP assessment[edit]

This looks like a fairly good B article. To push it to GA level, I think it needs a general overview of the architecture (as opposed to descriptions with the particular buildings). The organization is a little weak: I see that the buildings described are arranged more or less chronologically, but this isn't stated in the article. I'd be inclined to group them in sections according to the different epochs of construction (boom of 1880s-90s, slowdown until ca. 1920, 1920s boom, etc.) A little more about recent downtown-preservation efforts is also indicated.
