Contest against article[edit]

This article is better off as a redirect. It does not have enough merit to exist as an article. There is little to no information about it available and the article in its current state seems more like a brochure. U1 quattro TALK 14:28, 9 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I believe you have already made your opinion clear by nominating this for deletion several times. I don't see the need for restating it here. And just because you cannot find sources doesn't mean they are not out there (viz. reference section).  Mr.choppers | ✎  21:40, 9 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Well U1Quattro it would appear you're in the minority of wanting this to be a redirect. Notice how random people have chipped in and contributed to this article .... what have you done except whinge and complain ? .... yeah not a lot!.
I genuinely do question why you're even on this project at all considering you do nothing but moan, get into petty squabbles, and try and have things deleted that unequivocally should not be deleted. At least I can walk away from this article knowing I've contributed considerably to the article and done my best with the sourced we had. –Davey2010Talk 17:31, 12 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Lineup[edit]

Should the lineup be removed ?, Some of my searches are either bringing up for sale ads .. or for instance when I search "ISUZU CVR" it's then bringing up images for Isuzu 810 ....
None of the lineup models are stamped on the vehicles so whilst it's technically all part of history and all that - given said names aren't on the vehicles I don't the relevence in having them?,

Lineup 2[edit]

Hi Mr.choppers, Would you say this vehicle is a Forward FRR and not a Giga FRR?,
I would say Forward however a few posts on Facebook are stating the model is either a "Isuzu Giga FRR", "Isuzu Forward Giga" or "Isuzu Forward FRR" - I would assume people are mis-identifying the vehicle and infact this, this and this are all of the Forward model?

If that is the case then under the Giga name the FRR may not actually exist (from what I can gather trucks pre-Giga were simply under "Heavy Duty Trucks" (ie had no nameplate) so technically it may not be a Forward either - has the same styling etc etc but none state "Forward" on the windscreen),

This RfC has been started to allow users to choose from a set of images for the second generation of the Isuzu Giga. The image set is as follows:

  • 2 - 2 is the best image showing the door glass which is why I chose it, The current infobox image doesn't have it so sort of wanted to show readers they existed, The current image isn't great but IMHO it's satisfactory. :–Davey2010Talk 11:25, 11 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • 1 - Interesting that it has dekotora, which should be mentioned. Apparently, you can get them from the factory like that [1]. The indoor shots suffer from bad lighting, bad composition and busy backgrounds. ExcitedEngineer (talk) 15:34, 12 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
