Relevant / verifyable information concerns[edit]

There are two main issues that concern me about 24.59.106.17's edits on October 30. The first is simply the inclusion of "ROHYPONOL_Studios911" as the place where the album was recorded. A google search turns up nothing of this studio. Rohyponol is commonly used as a date-rape drug, somewhat like GHB (it works like a tranquilizer, and causes up to 24 hours of amnesia). I find it hard to belive that this studio exists.

The other thing I'm not sure about is the inclusion of everything under the heading "Estradasphere circus" -- even if it's true, what relevance does it have to this particular album? Particularly "James Vergon – Fan That Wouldn't Go Away" seems to be bordering on subtle vandalism.

I made both of the edits, Both "ROHYPONOL_Studios911" and the credited Estradasphere circus are taken directly from the liner notes of the album.

I'm not surprised that ROHYPONOL_Studios911 didn't turn up in a Google search, because it is simply the name that the band decided to give the house where most of the album was recorded. I believe "911" is the number of the street address where the house is located... I did a quick search on the band's website and I only found one reference to the place (5 . 3 . 2002 : Back from tour! Hello everyone, Well we arrived safely back here at ground zero 911. Timb drove 22 hours straight from Denver to SC.) I'm certain that the full address of the house is on the Passion for Life DVD somewhere. But, this is besides the point: in the liner notes, the band credit the studio as ROHYPONOL_Studios911 so I figure this is what it should be credited as in the article as well.

The Estradasphere circus is (or was) indeed a real entity. They toured with the band up until around the release of Buck Fever and can be seen in the band's tour video These Are the Days. All of the individuals I credited were the individuals that were credited in the liner notes of the album. As how they are relevant to the album, I'm not entirely sure. I know they influenced its creation as they would perform with the band during live shows, but you certainly can't hear most of these people on the album, so I can understand why you'd be confused to why they were mentioned. But again, I was just trying to add a complete amount of information and these people were credited in the liner notes. James Vergon, by the way, was a fan of the band's music who was occasionally part of the Estradasphere circus (his usual role would be to simply march around in a Storm trooper outfit. Weird, but that's Estradasphere for you.)

Fair use rationale for Image:It's Understood cover art.jpg[edit]

Image:It's Understood cover art.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template.
