1990 event[edit]

The only thing I've found is the reference I've just added: "Most of Ireland's top golfers were in Limerick, where Roger Chapman and Neil Hansen each won £6,500 for equal totals of 141 in the McManus Pro-Am. Philip Walton and Des Smyth both scored 70 and 72 for a share of third place with Richard Boxall on 142, and Jimmy Heggarty was best Ulsterman on 146 in appalling conditions. David Jones totalled 147." and that's it. Hansen's ET page is here https://www.europeantour.com/players/neil-hansen-71/ Nigej (talk) 16:08, 13 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Good additions. I can't access those links as I don't have a subscription but will definitely take your word for it. Do any of those articles mention what the score to par were? Jimmymci234 (talk) 16:28, 13 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
1990 article after day 1 says " IN THE J. P. McManus Pro-Am golf tournament, at Limerick yesterday, four of the professionals broke the course record. Roger Chapman, Christy O'Connor, Jun., Philip Walton and Eamonn Darcy all shot two under par 70." A 1995 article after day 1 mentions a "three under par 69". So looks like 72 both times.
