Gas station incident[edit]

Jack Conger (and Bentz) made no claim, as implied by article inaccurately, that they were robbed. Only Lochte and Feigen filed police reports and only Lochte spoke to media. Article should be revised to reflect Conger being implicated by Lochte in media interviews. Conger himself made no claims. Conger was a victim of Lochte's lie and their testimonies show that Lochte was the sole actor in both the lie and the vandalism/damage caused. This article currently falsely implicates Conger in crimes perpetrated by Lochte (and Feigen regarding false police report). Further, Conger cooperated with police and acted to prevent Lochte from causing further damage. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 162.245.201.193 (talk) 23:09, 19 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I rephrased the section, see my reply to you on my talk page. Gap9551 (talk) 00:31, 20 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Merge excess content to Lochtegate[edit]

(modified from Talk: Ryan Lochte) ... Now that Wikipedia consensus is to keep (and possibly rename) the Lochtegate article, I think it is important to mention that the bulk of the content on that scandal topic can be housed and updated at the Lochtegate article. Merge discussion here. Peace, MPS (talk) 16:21, 1 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
