Navy Reserve[edit]

I have been working on the Jack Frye page, and I took out the section of him in the US Navy Reserves from 1930 to 1952. It was not cited and I could not find any citations...and believe me I tried. In the book "Howard Hughes' Airline", it talks about how senior management went off to war, both Hamilton and Richter (and many others) went to the Navy Reserves, but Frye was at his office running the airline. Also, The Medal for Merit was an award for civilians during the war. If anyone can find citations of him retiring as a Lt Commander in the Navy Reserves...that would be great.KlausVonVilver (talk) 07:59, 31 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
