Jackie Greene = Chris Nelson?[edit]

An edit was recently made claiming that Jackie Greene's birth name is "Chris Nelson." This may have been vandalism or a simple mistake, and since I can't find anything indicating that this is the case, I reverted the change. However, if this is actually true, and someone wants to re-add the name, please cite a source. I can't find one, and the names are different enough that I'm not willing to take someone at their word on this. —Erik Harris 14:17, 11 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

StreamJackieGreene.com[edit]

I could find no Jackie Greene related content at the url StreamJackieGreene . com. It appears to be one of those generic ad pages. If someone can verify that it did at one point had content, maybe a historical reference to it can be put back in. But for now, it was essentially spam, so I removed it. -Yes, at one point, there was a streaming internet "radio" feed of Jackie Greene songs going through there. Since Jackie's brother is named Alex Nelson and I have been told by Jackie's bass player that his true name is Chris, i would venture to say that his birth name is truly Chris Nelson.
