Decision: Quick Fail[edit]
There are too many unsourced paragraphs/sections that need immediate attention. This worries me because it could mean that there is a lot of original research. Since most of the sources are offline, I would say that citing them won't be enough either at this point because editors might question the veracity of the text and probably will want a copy of the source to verify its information. There are some sources that are incomplete (see tags for more detail), and the introduction does not adequately summarize the article per WP:LEAD. ComputerJA (☎ • ✎) 14:05, 18 April 2017 (UTC)
