This Director's standing in Hollywood[edit]

Maybe somebody can find and add to the article some information on this Director's reputation in Hollywood. His movies that he directed might actually be good movies, at least good enough for a so-called cult-following. But Overall, his movies lose money. Maybe theres some published commentaries about whether Hollywood considers this director to be a viable director who can still direct a movie and maybe make money for a film's investors? New news and a graphic video depicts him being beheaded, if someone could add more information than me just adding the death date that would be great although i'm not entirely sure about if the death date is correct, it is the most recent * source.

James Foley died on August 20, 2014 while in Iraq documenting ISIS insurgents. He was supposedly beheaded after the ISIS Fighters captured him. (Written on August 21, 2014, subject to change.)
