Amadeus, Luis and their actual mother[edit]

Amadeus (born 1363) and Louis (born 1364) could’nt be sons of Sybil (dead 1361), because they have been born after Sybils death. So they were son of Marguerite de Beaujeu (1346 † 1402), married 1362. --79.6.219.203 (talk) 11:03, 8 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

That's true, Amadeus and Louis were the sons of James (Giacomo's) third wife, Marguerite. I think that there's an error in the article, though. James (Giacomo's) first wife, Beatrice d'Este, died within a week or so of their marriage. It was his second wife, Sibyl of Baux, who was the mother of Philip (Filippo), the eldest son, who was disinherited when he rebelled against his father. (M. O'Connor).
