Youtube comments

I found this comment on a video of Mad Mama, from nine years ago - "this song was written by my sister Jane when she was 19 years old and made into a record when she was 21 years old. today she is 73 and suffering from Ahlzheimers. She cant remember much, but she still can sing all of the old songs."

Below it, another one from six years ago - "that's my mother. so proud of her and everything she has accomplished in life.. miss you mom.."

If these comments are accurate, then Bowman was born c1940 and seems to have died between 2014 and 2017. She had a brother, Robert and a daughter, Stacey Anderson, if the commentators are using their real names.

On another video -https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ghSHW4Bb_ic - I found a comment from two months ago by a Michelle Cudworth -

"This is my dad’s sister, my Aunt Jane 😊♥️"

I looked on Facebook and found both of the first two commentators. I also found a post saying that Jane married the producer of her records. The same person in another post said that Jane married his uncle Johnny Sidebottom in the 1950s until he died. She then took up with a bullfighter and they lost track of her. If that's true, she would have married very young.

I found another Youtube video which the description says has Jane, known as Jane Bowman-Canada, singing in from about ten years ago - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tMGHVrOch8U. The bullfighter I mentioned is called Jim Canada in the only comment.
