Changed "romantic" to "romance" --AmmieK 23:37, 29 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I was very surprised that the tag "notability" has been put in this article. I am a Spanish reader. I've been reading JAK's books for years and I am really surprised somebody can ask about the notability of an author so translated to other languages, with so many books written. It is one of the most important writers in the genre "romantic novel". I think this genre exists and it is one of the most read in the world. Yes, the majority of readers are women, has that anything to do with its notability?. As the translator of this article to the Spanish wikipedia, I hope this article does not disappear in the English one.--Joanenglish 01:54, 10 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I agree that this is definetly an article that needs to stay.--Missjessica254 20:29, 9 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Requested move[edit]

The author is best known as Jayne Ann Krentz. She is not known by her full name. Karanacs 03:00, 3 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Verification needed[edit]

"With Sweet Starfire, Krentz created the futuristic romance...." I question the accuracy of this statement. How-ever, there is some muted support for it at http://www.thegalaxyexpress.net/2009/02/futuristic-romance-retrospective-part-i.html. Unfortunately, this seems to be a blog, so a better confirming, modifying, or disconfirming source is needed. Kdammers (talk) 01:54, 19 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

To partially answer myself,

A Natural History of the Romance Novel

by Pamela Regis does make the claim that Krentz pioneered the sub-genre in '86, according to a snippet of the book found at Amazon. Kdammers (talk) 02:07, 19 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

List of works by Jayne Ann Krentz[edit]

Support split - Bibliography section is long, and should be split to a new article entitled List of works by Jayne Ann Krentz. Thoughts? --Jax 0677 (talk) 13:55, 15 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
