Deletion?[edit]

Seriously, can someone please nominate this article for deletion? There is zero reference for any awards actually won, I removed the one reference since it wasn't to him winning an award, it was a reference for coming in 5th, which doesn't even get someone an invite to the awards dinner. Also, being quoted by other sports writers is not anything that makes someone notable.

Just because someone is employed by a place like Yahoo, doesn't make them notable, while I would say he could be mentioned as an employee or talked about in reference to the book he was mildly a part of, but he does not deserve his own article here. While I cannot reference it, it is known that he was only included on the book as a professional favor by Wetzel because they are co-workers and Yahoo asked Wetzel to try to include him in order to try to up the status of Yahoo writers. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 108.20.233.173 (talk) 21:33, 15 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I think it's also important to note that Jeff Passan is insanely condescending and patronizing and reeks of entitlement. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2600:6C4A:417F:EE44:E548:6C3F:9C52:DA39 (talk) 19:08, 15 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
