Translation, de-stub[edit]

Translated the bulk of the German Wikipedia page utilizing Google Translate and my single year of German language education in junior high (F, btw). I skipped most of the railroad history because it is a time-consuming task and I prefer spending my time on the part that interests me - the Jenbacher gas engines.
