Fair use rationale for Image:Jenifer.jpg[edit]

Image:Jenifer.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 07:22, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Requested move[edit]

The following discussion is an archived discussion of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. Editors desiring to contest the closing decision should consider a move review. No further edits should be made to this section.

The result of the move request was: not moved. There is a consensus that this topic is not the primary topic for Jenifer. -- BrownHairedGirl (talk) • (contribs) 15:02, 4 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Jenifer (singer)Jenifer – There are other Jenifers, but she's mononymous, like Adele and Björk. Unreal7 (talk) 00:42, 25 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Jenifer currently redirects to Jennifer. An issue that needs to be resolved first is the question of whether or not the people typing Jenifer are looking for the singer or mistyping Jennifer? I don't think that is an issue with the other two singers so it needs to be considered.--174.93.163.194 (talk) 02:24, 25 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment - unlike Adele and Björk she's not known in English speaking countries. Jenifer is an odd spelling (even in 1960s France and 1980s Italy there have been two other singers known by the mononym "Jennifer", not counting Jennifer (American singer)) but an easy spelling mistake to make. • Oppose per IIO, not the primary topic in English. There is no primary topic in English for this spelling, unless it is the name. -- 70.50.151.11 (talk) 07:28, 25 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Per 70.50 I think at the absolute most here the most that should be done is inserting a new dab in the current redirect from Jenifer to Jennifer (dab) for Daniel of St. Thomas Jenifer and so on. But the Jennifer dab already includes Jenifer as well as Jennifer. There doesn't seem any advantage to split it. In ictu oculi (talk) 08:02, 25 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose. Not the only article entitled Jenifer, even spelled this way. Not a primary topic. -- Necrothesp (talk) 16:37, 26 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
