Change "with their three dogs, Marbles, Kermit, and Peach, who regularly appear in her videos" to "with their four dogs, Marbles, Kermit, Peach, and Bunny, who regularly appear in her videos."

She recently adopted a new dog named Bunny.

Please change "Marbles has been in a relationship with fellow YouTuber Julien Solomita since 2013, and they live together in California with their four dogs, Marbles, Kermit, Peach, and Bunny, who regularly appear in her videos." to "Marbles has been in a relationship with fellow YouTuber Julien Solomita since 2013, and they live together in California with their four dogs, Marbles, Kermit, Peach, and Bunny, who regularly appear in her videos. They also owned a hamster named Ad from 2017 to 2018." [1] [2] 2601:248:4C01:2627:D4CD:6CA8:6FFE:6217 (talk) 06:34, 7 January 2020 (UTC)

Not done. First, not reliable sources. But also...having their dogs (and their names!) is bad enough. Do we really care about their stupid hamster too? –Deacon Vorbis (carbon • videos) 14:52, 7 January 2020 (UTC)
Yeesh, no need to be so WP:HOSTILE. Cerebral726 (talk) 15:06, 7 January 2020 (UTC)
Somehow, I doubt the stupid hamster really cares. –Deacon Vorbis (carbon • videos) 15:23, 7 January 2020 (UTC)
I've removed the dogs – Wikipedia is not an indiscriminate collection of facts. Hopefully the hamster doesn't watch this talk page. Wham2001 ( talk) 17:56, 7 January 2020 (UTC)
Wham2001 I would argue that the dogs are encyclopedic content on this page. While they are not notable enough to warrant their own page, they are extremely relevant to Jenna Marbles channel and this article is incomplete without more mention of them. Of the past 20 videos on her channel, 6 reference her dogs in the video title. Of the twenty most recent videos on her channel, all except for one contains at least one of her dogs (often more). (that was original research, so I know it can't go on the page, but it does make my case) The four dogs regularly appear in her videos even when they are not in the title. Marbles and Cermit are in the banner photo on her youtube channel. Marbles regularly appears on the podcast. The following outside sources (which were found with minimal effort, so preumably there are more) reference the dogs by name: https://studybreaks.com/tvfilm/jenna-marbles-dogs/ https://www.distractify.com/p/is-jenna-marbles-married https://www.insider.com/youtube-channels-to-subscribe-to-in-2020#12-molly-burke-9 https://www.insider.com/what-youtubers-looked-like-first-video-vs-now-2019-10 If you are referring to WP:PLOT or WP:NOTEVERYTHING I would refer you to the line "A Wikipedia article should not be a complete exposition of all possible details, but a summary of accepted knowledge regarding its subject." The names of Jenna's dogs are accepted knowledge and to mention them is necessary for summarizing Jenna's channel and life. Also, Jacksfilms wiki article references his dogs by name in the personal life section. If Jenna's dogs cannot be on her page, Jack's dogs, I would assume, should not be on his page. I am relatively new to Wikipedia, so perhaps I am missing something. I would appreciate if you could cite a particular policy as to why the dogs should not be included on the page. Sorry for the long comment. Samsmachado (talk) 19:06, 10 February 2020 (UTC)

Mourey vs. Marbles

I think we should consider changing the spots in the article where Jenna is referred to as "Marbles" to "Mourey". If you check out articles such as Emma Maguire's "SELF-BRANDING, HOTNESS, AND GIRLHOOD IN THE VIDEO BLOGS OF JENNA MARBLES" or Wotanis and MacMillan's "Performing Gender on YouTube" (DOI: 10.1080/14680777.2014.882373) you will note that they differentiate between Jenna Mourey the person and Jenna Marbles the channel/persona/self-brand. If this article is to remain a biography, I think it should refer to Jenna by last name rather than by an abbreviated version of her channel name. Opinions? The statement that she won the "Streamy" Award for best ensemble in 2018 with Julien is incorrect. It was the "Shorty" award for best ensemble that she won, not the streamy. 2600:1700:7E0:7A10:915:BA4D:5080:789C (talk) 18:38, 10 June 2020 (UTC)

This appears to be a misunderstanding over the video's license, which has now been resolved. Wham2001 (talk) 22:03, 6 July 2020 (UTC)

Canceled

Jenna Marbles was recently 'canceled' for doing black face and being racist, she later posted an apology video stated how sorry she was and how much she regrets it. She admitted that she has taken down the videos in which she was racist and or did blackface. Her main "excuse" as some are calling it, was "I was in my 20's and did something stupid." she says herself in her video. This is another prime example of cancel culture at its finest. apology video of Jenna Marbles
This is already discussed in the last paragraph of the You Tube section of the article. If there are specific changes you'd like to see, you can propose them here. ‡ Єl Cid of Valencia talk 12:57, 11 September 2020 (UTC)
