Jhalak[edit]

Hi User:Ravensfire hope your well I wanted ask what’s wrong with the table. It’s just contestants and it’s results like the other series. 2A02:6B68:10:6100:CC5E:F3C2:FA7B:6DAD (talk) 21:45, 8 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Also what does consensus mean sorry I am new here. 2A02:6B68:10:6100:CC5E:F3C2:FA7B:6DAD (talk) 21:47, 8 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Consensus means when there's an editing dispute, you talk it through on the article talk page. See WP:CONSENSUS. Ravensfire (talk) 21:48, 8 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Ok thanks I think it should stay because firstly it looks more professional and it’s kept as same as other series of Jhalak. 2A02:6B68:10:6100:A036:3922:5D7:4A51 (talk) 21:50, 8 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Frankly, it's ugly, repeats information and generally isn't consistent with how most reality show articles list contestents. That section should really be about the person and at most, the order of finish. The details about when they are eliminated are best further in the article. Wikipedia tries to avoid using tables unless when needed, preferring prose and lists. It shows better across a wider variety of devices and formats. Ravensfire (talk) 21:51, 8 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Ok then what about Strictly Come Dancing (series 21)#Couples as the other user of Jhalak season 11 had added this same table so I thought to do same. 2A02:6B68:10:6100:E1C0:5AF3:DA5:322B (talk) 21:53, 8 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
WP:OTHERSTUFFEXISTS - and all of these articles didn't use that format before, so consider that perhaps that was the wrong example to follow. Ravensfire (talk) 21:54, 8 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Yea because I was believed that because it’s the Indian version of strictly that’s why users were adding it like this in season 11 of Jhalak. 2A02:6B68:10:6100:E1C0:5AF3:DA5:322B (talk) 21:55, 8 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
But it’s ok won’t add back. 2A02:6B68:10:6100:E1C0:5AF3:DA5:322B (talk) 22:12, 8 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
