Why is Super Special #5 so rare?[edit]

As far as I can tell, James Preller has written all of the Jigsaw Jones books except for Super Specials #5 & #6, and the detective tips book. All the JJ books are easy to find except Super Special #5, which is quite rare and expensive when it can be found.
