Editors who violate any listed restrictions may be blocked by any uninvolved administrator, even on a first offense.

With respect to any reverting restrictions:
Edits made solely to enforce any clearly established consensus are exempt from all edit-warring restrictions. In order to be considered "clearly established" the consensus must be proven by prior talk-page discussion.

I think al least 3 of the attacks on this list deserve their own article, the January 2021 Tillabéri attack(105 dead), March 16 Bani-Bangou ambush(58 dead), and March 21 Tahoua attack(127 dead). I also propose to change the scope of this article to cover the entire insurgency in Niger and not just a period of the conflict (the year 2021). Several sources support that Niger is facing a jihadist insurgency.
