Shouldn't his cap against Catalonia not count?[edit]
They aren't a FIFA member, and aren't a part of UEFA either.
I know some like to point out caps counting against non-FIFA teams in CONCACAF like Martinique or French Guiana, but the difference is they are members of CONCACAF. Vince193 (talk) 03:49, 20 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
