Accuracy of article[edit]

Although seemingly well referenced, the information in the article seems to contradict the information here and here in several respects, but particularly in respect of his death. The article says he was hanged in 1576, but both websites (which seem to draw to some extent on different sources) say he was pardoned in 1577 and went on to return to piracy before being killed in the Mediterranean in 1586 or 87. Which is the more reliable information? I have no knowledge myself - my only interest is that one of the sources says he was born in Tintern, which is my "patch". Arrr! The issue of his pardon in 1577 is referred to on most sites about him. There are also conflicting sources on his place of birth (Tintern or Pembrokeshire), and on the spelling of his name (as well as Callis and Calles, there are also Callice, Challice, Challis, etc.) Unless an expert from the world of pirate studies (?) does something about the page, I'll have a go at rewriting the article to reconcile some these sources in due course.
