Cleanup[edit]

This article is under construction; however, I am extremely pressed for time and I appreciate any attempts to clean up or add to this article; research is tedious due to the common name of the subject, and I am striving to avoid any POV issues. Mr. Merkt is currently my step-father in-law, but due to lupus is unable to contribute in any useful manner. Thank you very much for any contributions :) R3ap3R.inc (talk) 19:58, 24 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Did some cleanup on this article. Looks like a lot of it was copied from another website. I cut out that material and condensed what was left to normalize the article. Could use some expansion, orphan linking as well as sourcing.--Lendorien (talk) 16:03, 4 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The article was concise within the information, and mentioned only what it needed to say. There could be more insight given on his political career along with movements and legislations he played a big role for. Overall, the article was good and provided a basic understanding of the politician. Farahnazkhurshid (talk) 06:24, 2 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Wikify[edit]
