Mental disability in young childern[edit]

Hi My name is Tammy Graves I have a mental health and discrimination issue. My daughter Bella is only 4 years old and because she has ADHD and possible autism spectrum and she makes noise late at night sometimes and does not sleep on a regular time schedule The rental company wants us to move if this keeps up they say its a violation of are lease. She is to young for meds and we just got her diagnosed she does have a i.e.p. at her preschool. I have ms and am on a life time section 8 housing voucher disability right center in Concord NH said they can't help and im working on getting help from legal aid and autism care partners we don't have a eviction notice yet but im worried because housing is hard to find right now. im very mad that a noise cluse can get a whole disabled family kicked out on the streets.
