Fictitious places[edit]

The line that there was "a black fatally wounded in Roundeye, Virginia" is cited to a "timeline.com" article by some random person, which links directly to a newspaper article from 1910 making the claim, which unfortunately does not provide any further context. There is not and never has been any place called "Roundeye" in Virginia and without any more details it's impossible to determine where, if anywhere, this actually happened and how the name got turned into this made-up town.
