Charles-Edouard Joris[edit]

a Belgian terrorist, the leader of Yıldız assassination attempt. He tried to kill Abdul Hamid II. (but he couldn't kill him.) Böri (talk) 17:27, 7 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia has notability guidelines for persons listed at WP:BIO which states in part that "A person is presumed to be notable if he or she has been the subject of multiple published secondary sources which are reliable, intellectually independent of each other, and independent of the subject." The guideline also goes into further detail to help explain some additional criteria for specific professions or circumstances.
Any additions to the list should be able to demonstrate that they meet that guideline (either by having reliable sources attached here, or by having an article which itself contains the reliable sources). --- Barek (talkcontribs) - 18:30, 7 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Notable person of course... He tried to kill Abdul Hamid II. Böri (talk) 18:36, 7 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
If he is notable, then there should be no problem providing the reliable sources that the Wikipedia's content guideline at WP:BIO requests in order to verify notability. --- Barek (talkcontribs) - 18:43, 7 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I can find sources... but I don't have every book! Böri (talk) 19:02, 7 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I looked at the encyclopedias(in English). But I couldn't find his name! (because he was a terrorist!)Böri (talk) 09:36, 9 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
