1. could we please have a reference for the last sentence - "Mr. Rangel supports violence against unarmed citizens when enforcing government decrees."

2. Who exactly is meant in the above sentence - José Vicente Rangel Avalos or José Vicente Rangel?

3. "Nepotism and cronyism is not rare in the Chavista government." Could this be referenced to a few particular instances and, especially, could there be some context for whether this cronyism is a novel feature of the Chavez govt or has been endemic to Venezuelan politics for a while?
