Bartomeu is being investigated over club misappropriated funds over the Neymar transfer[edit]

This should definitely be mentioned in the article. Also, during his tenure, in February 2015, for the first time in the club's history, FC Barcelona was charged with tax fraud over the Neymar signing. This too should be mentioned. He's a questionable character with a questionable history, he was the first president not to be elected. In this article he's unfairly being glorified, especially since he's highly criticised by the worldwide fanbase.--Meliodas24 (talk) 18:35, 8 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Critical comment in biographies is allowed, but Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons comes into play for living persons; in particular sources must be particularly robust, and WP:NOR and WP:NPOV must be strictly adhered to. --Jules (Mrjulesd) 19:40, 8 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Not a critical comment, I am stating the truth. Added this to the article with source. Please make improvements on my edit if you may by adding sources and information on the case. This is a serious issue, not common for a club to be charged with tax fraud[1] and for a president to be investigated for mismanagement of funds (look at source provided in article). This is not critique, this is fact. Critique has a place in there too since he is notorious for poor sporting and economical decision-making.Meliodas24 (talk) 23:38, 8 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Tax fraud case was over 2 years ago. I have edited it to make this clear. --Jules (Mrjulesd) 23:40, 8 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
No. You are wrong. Look at this: http://www.espnfc.com/barcelona/story/3114255/barcelona-president-josep-maria-bartomeu-faces-trial-over-neymar-transfer
I have added another source and changed your edits.Meliodas24 (talk) 23:45, 8 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
