I would dispute the alleged source because it appears to be a BBS system. Such is not permissible as an authoritative source on wikipedia per applicable policy on sources, and thus, lacking any suitable primary or secondary sources, the assertion is due to be removed. 71.91.178.54 (talk) 05:20, 6 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
It is not random content from anon contributors there, but instead is copy of an Associated Press story and a citation of some court case. Those are both WP:RS, so you would have to find some plausible doubt that the story and/or court case are forged. Feel free to track them down and find from a better source if you like.
