Discussion on Addressing Article Issues and Template Removal[edit]

I've updated the Julien Farel article to address the issues flagged for citations, promotional tone, and notability. Here's what I did:

Added reliable sources for verification.
Revised the content to remove promotional language.
Enhanced the notability section with significant achievements.

Could we review the changes and discuss if the maintenance templates can now be removed? I believe the article has been significantly improved, but I'm open to suggestions for further edits.
